Who are we?

Frenergy Solar is a Northamptonshire based company offering renewable energy installations to residential and commercial customers.

We have been installing solar hot water and photovoltaic panel systems since 2006 and like to think we have become very good at doing so!

Right from the outset, we chose to do business in a very honest and open way; we find that most of our work comes through word of mouth and customer recommendations and we are very protective of this by ensuring we work tirelessly to make your experience with us a great one.

We are based in Northamptonshire and always look to build long term relationships with our customers. That said, we have a number of customers in adjacent counties and are happy to look at installations a little further afield, so please contact us to arrange a visit.

Frenergy do not employ any salespeople, so you can feel at ease that we will not be visiting you simply to get you to sign a sales contract, nor will we outstay our welcome!

We frequently hear stories of solar representatives quoting very high prices which are then discounted in order to portray the feeling of 'getting a good deal' and hence coercing people to sign a contract. We frown upon such tactics and believe them to be dishonest. We will offer you our best prices from the outset and let you make your own mind up, in your own time.

All our installation staff are picked for their work quality, not quantity and we do not rush them to install systems quickly.

We will not offer an installation that takes just a few hours, but we will offer installations that are carried out CAREFULLY and treat your home with the respect it deserves.

We recognise that installing systems with great care and attention to detail takes time, this can affect our profit margins, but we prefer to view it this way: -

If our installations are carried out carefully, correctly and neatly and we treat our customers with great respect, we have a much better chance of being reccomended to their friends and family. This means we do not need to spend a small fortune on marketing and sales staff, therefore reducing our overheads and reliance on profit margins! Simple!
